Added Upgrades to PCUAE

This is release day see below what is released

Added Upgrade support for PCUAE because more easy to use
It does do everything for you.
It’s in the settings menu option 3
And you can select yes or no if used by mistake.
It uses PCUAE Update feature to download and install Full upgrade.
its the same standalone as on the webiste or github.
You can also use it to upgrade AIO version
It big download and size its full version off standalone.
Only thing thats different thats i removed settings file for internet
so you don’t have to configure it again because the settings will not be changed

Only one thing to say.
the upgrade is available when there is new version out.
